Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

SECTION 5 – CASH ON DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is available, the customer agrees to pay the full amount due when the order is delivered.

Customers should only place an order if they intend to receive and pay for it.

Repeated refusal to accept COD orders, fraudulent orders, or misuse of our ordering system may result in restrictions on future orders.

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully received before the order is processed for dispatch.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Alyra Watches ships orders using third-party delivery and courier services.

Delivery times provided on our website or during checkout are estimates and may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

SECTION 7 – NO RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. Alyra Watches does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or personal preference.

Returns are not accepted for reasons including:

  • No longer wanting the product

  • Personal preference

  • Minor differences in appearance or color

Do not send any product back without receiving instructions from Alyra Watches.

For customer protection, we strongly recommend recording a continuous video while opening your package.

An unboxing video may be requested when investigating claims involving:

Failure to provide an unboxing video does not automatically determine the outcome of a claim, but it may make it more difficult for us to verify what occurred during delivery.
